Is it time to help young drivers with insurance?
Insurance costs for young drivers have spiralled over the past decade, leading to more driving uninsured or committing fraud by getting parents to insure their car.

Former insurance commissioner Goldman joins N.J. bank board
Steven M. Goldman, a former New Jersey insurance commissioner, has joined the board of directors for Englewood Cliffs, N.J.-based North Jersey Community Bancorp.

Goldman resigned as commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance in July 2009, after serving for three years as an appointee of former Gov. Jon S. Corzine.
